About ME

I'm so happy you're here!

Hi love! Get to know me, so I can know you!

My passion for photography began at the ripe age of 10. Taking pictures from moving across the country, photoshoots with my sisters and friends in the backyard, and annual family vacations. All of these moments held something I couldn't; a memory in time. Quickly I realized that capturing photos helped remind me of who and what shaped me into the person I am today. That although I can't go back, each chapter will still be apart of my story that I can hold onto through a photograph. At 16 I bought my first big girl camera, the Canon EOS T7I. Then the Canon 90D, and later on my all time favorite- Canon Rebel Mark II. Of course with this obsession came fun film cameras and old digital cameras to create the right vibe.

Stepping into this new chapter in Okinawa has been such a mix of growth, creativity, and finding my place again. I'm excited to meet new people, explore the island, and evolve my photography into something softer, nostalgic, and story-driven.

I was born in Florida, but raised in a small town in Washington state called Tekoa. I've travelled to 5 countries, not including Japan. I was a barista for 3.5 years. I graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and minors in Sociology + Business Administration.

My husband and I are high school sweethearts who somehow ended up halfway across the world. Life is wild in the sweetest way. All of that has shaped the way I see people, connect, and the beauty in the everyday which is a big part of why I love photography.
